A tired foot is one of the reasons we feel lazy and don’t want to do anything because we just want to rest. Most people experience tired feet especially their work requires standing whole day. At the end of the day your feet will feel pain or very tired. You have nothing to do because it is part of your work. That’s why is better to treat your tired feet after a long period of standing, walking, running and trekking.

There are easy way to treat your tired feet and it can be done at home. There are right way on how to sleep when you feel very tired. When sleeping put a pillow under your feet and make sure your feet is elevated because it helps relieve pain and sore. It is also better if there is someone who can massage your feet but you can do it by yourself. If you are just resting for few minutes then rest your tired feet for 10-20 minutes.

You can also try soaking your feet into warm water. Soaking your feet in water will help to relieve stress from your feet. Your feet will feel relax, fresh and smooth afterwards. We should take good care of our feet because they are one of the important parts of our body. Tired feet can be cured as long as you do the right procedure or you let it relax for few minutes.
