Q How do you select your products?

A Our staff who are diabetes (there are both type1 and type 2 diabetes) together with a Japanese Aromatherapist have been tested various products for their foot and leg care and selected only excellent products for their customers' use.
Selected points are “Happy and Easy care for your Healthy and Beautiful legs".

Q To whom your products are recommended to use?

A Our products are selected for any person who would like to have healthy and beautiful foot and leg with simple and tender care.
We recommend such simple and tender care to diabetic person as well. However, if the health condition is serious, please talk to your doctor first.

Q Do all of your products are made in Japan?

A As we are proud of the Japanese quality, Most of products are “Made in Japan”. However, only a few products in which we trust the qualities are “Developed/Designed in Japan but Made in other country”.
You can find the information on each product page.

Q What payment method do you accept?

A We accept payment with PayPal, as it is safe and convenient for customers. If you do not have PayPal account, please register PayPal account.
It is very easy!

Q Is my credit card information safe?

A Yes. All credit card transactions are handled by PayPal which has reliable system. Your credit card and checking account information are never shared with us or any others.

Q Does the Grand Total of cart include all taxes?

A No. You might be required to pay tax due to your country’s customs law when you receive the goods from local post office.

Q I want to buy a product that is out of stock. Can I get information from you when it will be available?

A Please contact us! We are happy to send you information when it is back in our stock.

Q I would like to make a request for a product which I want to get. How can I do?

A We are very happy to hear your request. Please send your request by CONTACT US

Q Can I cancel my order or change the details of my order?

A We understand that something may happen after placing an order. So, we can accept your order change or cancellation within 24 (twenty-four) hours after you ordered.
If you find such a case, please contact us immediately, by“CONTCT US” or by e-mailing.

Q Product(s) which I received are damaged (found damaged, or incorrectly shipped). What should I do?

A We are very sorry about that! We always check products and make careful packing before shipment. However if you find any damaged, defective, or incorrect shipped items, please contact us within 7 (seven) days after arrival of the purchased products, by e-mailing. We will exchange the products.

Q Is there a guarantee period of the products after use?

A We are proud that we only have very high quality products. Then, we do not make any guarantee for the products after you start using them.
However, if you purchase electronic products from us, we make 10 (ten) months guarantee. If you find any damage by using normal condition with electronic products within 10 (ten) months after arrival of the purchased item(s), Please contact us immediately, by e-mailing. Please be informed that In this case, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Q Do you ship worldwide?

A Yes, we ship worldwide.
However, there are some countries we are unable to ship packages. If we cannot ship to your location, we will promptly contact you.

Q How do you ship products?

A We ship either with JP Post’s International Economy Shipping or Express Mail Service (EMS), depending on value of product.

Q Can I receive my package faster?

A Yes, If you would like to receive your ordered products faster by using Express Mail Service (EMS) with additional shipping cost, please send us the message with your order. In this case, cart page will complete without additional charge, so we will send you e-mail about the cost and charge additional shipping cost after your acceptance.

Q Do you provide tracking information?

A Our standard shipping service by JP Post’s International Economy Shipping does not have tracking information.
However, if shipment is made with JP Post’s Express Mail Service (EMS) with special items or your request, you will receive tracking information from us.

Q Do you charge shipping cost additional to the total amount?

A No, the shipment is free of charge. However, if you request special shipping method, additional cost will be required.

Q Once I have placed my order, how long does it take to be shipped?

A We dispatch ordered products within 7 (seven) business days of receiving payment.
However, some special products are produced after receiving an order, and it will take more time. In this case, special note is shown on product

Q How long does shipping take?

A Standard shipping service by JP Post’s International Economy Shipping after dispatch of the products usually takes about 2 (two) weeks, but varies by location.
Special shipping service by Express Mail Service (EMS) takes about 1 (one) weeks, but varies by location.

Q Do you enclose receipt of payment or invoice together with ordered products?

A We do not enclose them, in order to reduce and manage possible waste to improve environmental efficiencies. If you have any requirement, please send us the message with your order.

Q Can you declare my order as a gift or lower the value?

A We appreciate you choosing to purchase from us and would like to help.
However, International government regulations prohibit such behavior and we must follow with them. Thank you for your understanding.
