Packing
We take great care in the packing of all products and ensure that the contents are well-protected during their transportation from Japan to your address.
Each parcel is carefully packed by hand.
Shipping Service
Your ordered products will be shipped by JP Post’s International Economy Shipping.
Only some special products will be shipped by Express Mail Service (EMS). This is depending on value of product.

Handling Time
We usually dispatch ordered products within 7 (seven) business days of receiving payment.
However, some special products are produced after receiving an order, and it will take more time. In this case, special note is shown on product page.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping service by JP Post’s International Economy Shipping after dispatch of the products usually takes about 2 (two) weeks, but varies by location.
Special shipping service by Express Mail Service (EMS) takes about 1 (one) weeks, but varies by location.
If you would like to receive your ordered products faster by using Express Mail Service (EMS) with additional shipping cost, please send us the message to us.
In this case, cart page will complete without additional charge, so we will send you e-mail about the cost and charge additional shipping cost after your acceptance.
Please be advised that once a damage report is submitted, your payment will be refunded or your order will be shipped again.

DUTY & TAX
We are located in Japan.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the payment to us. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Depending on product category, price, and country, it varies and may be zero. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out these additional costs.
These charges are normally collected when you receive the goods from post office.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts", as we follow with International government regulations.
Our products are also sold in Japan, so it can be out of stock sometimes.
In this case, your payment will be refunded promptly.
