1. Preparation of Foot Bath
Set up warm water with temperature around 41 degrees in foot bath. Put bath powder or a few drops of essential oil, depending on your skin type and body condition, and mix in.2. Foot Soak
Soak your feet, and put a Lap Robe to keep your legs warm, then relax for about 5 – 10 minutes. Enjoy deep breathing with nice aroma and music, meditation, or reading a book.3. Cleaning ※recommended daily
Clean your feet, using a soap or foot (body) wash.4. Exfoliation of Feet
Once your feet have become soft after 5 – 10 minutes of foot soaking, exfoliate your foot one by one. Gently rub your heels and around your toes where the dead skin is accumulated, using the pumice stone or foot file. Do not forget to exfoliate every part of your feet having hard skin.5. Soft Exfoliation of Feet and Legs ※recommended daily
Use body powder or body scrub and massage onto your legs and feet. Scrub gently from the bottom to upper part to make circulation of your feet and legs active.6. Dry
Finish foot bath and dry using a soft towel7. Clip & File
Clip your toe nails in the required length. Remember not to cut them too short.8. Massage and Moisturizing ※recommended daily
Massage your feet and legs for 3 - 5 minutes each leg. After massage, put moisture cream, lotion, or oil to give a good moisturizing and elasticity on to your skin.9. Protection ※recommended daily
Wear socks to keep the feet moisture and protect from dirt, cut and cold.10. Pamper your feet and legs ※recommended daily
